Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Clodoveo Sazon to make the kick off. Omar Arce hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Severino Inge came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Gasolero's Severino Erauso. But to his dismay, Severino Erauso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience was convinced that Jacinto Naelio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severino Inge was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Erauso in the 63rd minute of play forced Pacheco FC's goalkeeper Severino Inge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gasolero's Ariel Santiago was substituted for Alonzo Dolcet. Alejandro Lluterio charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Severino Inge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
