After a rather tough play, Deportes 4 de junio's Vicente Chinto got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Lucas Bartoleme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Txordon having to interfere. Lucas Bartoleme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Benjamin Onofre could shoot a difficult shot in the 8th minute, which Ciriaco Txordon however easily saved by the left post. Ciriaco Txordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Bartoleme in the 9th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Benjamin Onofre kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ciriaco Txordon. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Ciriaco Txordon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Bartoleme in the 14th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Deportes 4 de junio's goalkeeper Ciriaco Txordon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Onofre. Ciriaco Txordon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Ledesma in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Deportes 4 de junio getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Venancio Millrick hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Deportes 4 de junio's zone, Lucas Bartoleme stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Txordon came out of the goal and Lucas Bartoleme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Venancio Millrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute of the match Julian Fagildo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ciriaco Txordon skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lorenzo Ledesma got free with Ciriaco Txordon in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Geronimo Eneto charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Geronimo Eneto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some careless play in the C.A. Independiente defense, Dario Conrao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nunez Distiratsu. The C.A. Independiente fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nunez Distiratsu should have stopped the shot. Deportes 4 de junio's Samuel Mino got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benjamin Onofre who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Ciriaco Txordon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of C.A. Independiente booed when Deportes 4 de junio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Mino didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Onofre to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Lucas Bartoleme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of C.A. Independiente booed when Deportes 4 de junio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Chinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Deportes 4 de junio's Nunez Distiratsu threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Samuel Mino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Deportes 4 de junio's zone, Benjamin Onofre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciriaco Txordon came out of the goal and Benjamin Onofre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuel Mino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nunez Distiratsu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. After 70 played minutes C.A. Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Ledesma. In the 79th minute Benjamin Onofre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Txordon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A. Independiente's Pablo Gaztea quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Dario Conrao, made in the 81st minute of the game. In the 83rdth minute of the game Benjamin Onofre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportes 4 de junio's Ciriaco Txordon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 84th minute, Lucas Bartoleme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Deportes 4 de junio booed when C.A. Independiente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Ledesma didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87thth minute of the game Benjamin Onofre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportes 4 de junio's Ciriaco Txordon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lorenzo Ledesma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Txordon having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. C.A. Independiente had played much better football throughout.
