When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Nemesio Sol sped through Medanito's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julian Orkatz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicodim Mangra in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julian Orkatz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julian Orkatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Sol in the 13th minute of play. After some careless play in the Medanito defense, Kahlil Suwandi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julian Orkatz. The Medanito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julian Orkatz should have stopped the shot. Medanito's Julian Orkatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Sol in the 20th minute of play. Godfredo Bernad's late challenge caught a Hidrocarburo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godfredo Bernad helped the player get up and apologised. Julian Orkatz came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hidrocarburo FC's Nemesio Sol. But to his dismay, Nemesio Sol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Nicodim Mangra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Nemesio Sol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julian Orkatz was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 33 minutes into the game, Miguel Rudolfo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Medanito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hidrocarburo FC the free kick. Miguel Rudolfo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 35 minutes of play, Hidrocarburo FC's Nemesio Sol made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julian Orkatz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the match, Nemesio Sol notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Medanito's Julian Orkatz. Julian Orkatz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julian Orkatz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nemesio Sol went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. In the 46th minute, Nemesio Sol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hidrocarburo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Nemesio Sols short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Julian Orkatz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nemesio Sol didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-13 via right post in the game's 78th minute. Hidrocarburo FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! A collision led to Medanito getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Alvaro Garci hit a great ball. Julian Orkatz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nemesio Sol in the 82nd minute. In the 89th minute, Hidrocarburo FC's Nemesio Sol ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Julian Orkatz. Julian Orkatz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-15. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 92nd minute, but Julian Orkatz got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Medanito hanging dry this time. When the match was over Hidrocarburo FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Medanito throughout the match.
