La Equidad Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Dacio came free, but Nicasio Ospetsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 7 minutes into the match, Samuel Mino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicasio Ospetsu. C.D. La Equidad Futbol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Mino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Deportes 4 de junio getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Apolo Dacio hit a great ball. Leonardo Oso took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicasio Ospetsu. Nicasio Ospetsu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The supporters of C.D. La Equidad Futbol booed when Deportes 4 de junio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Mino didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Chinto in the 20th minute of play forced C.D. La Equidad Futbol's goalkeeper Nicasio Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Deportes 4 de junio's Ciriaco Txordon got control of the ball when Teodoro Mendiko tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, C.D. La Equidad Futbol's Ciriaco Txordon threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Florencio Pacifico, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 28 minutes into the match, Deportes 4 de junio's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Mendiko came free, but Ciriaco Txordon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. C.D. La Equidad Futbol were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Deportes 4 de junio's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Benjamin Noe took the corner. The corner ended in Flavio Jakue almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Deportes 4 de junio's Ciriaco Txordon did a great save. After a defensive mix-up in C.D. La Equidad Futbol's zone, Leonardo Oso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicasio Ospetsu came out of the goal and Leonardo Oso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Todor hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Nicasio Ospetsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Mino in the 40th minute of play. Leonardo Oso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Nicasio Ospetsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by German Montrelle in the 44th minute of play forced Deportes 4 de junio's goalkeeper Ciriaco Txordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Dacio in the 45th minute of play forced C.D. La Equidad Futbol's goalkeeper Nicasio Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Florencio Pacifico in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciriaco Txordon saved Deportes 4 de junio from getting behind. After the first half Deportes 4 de junio were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florencio Pacifico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leonardo Oso came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nicasio Ospetsu could save by the left post. Benjamin Noe hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 61 minutes of play, Deportes 4 de junio's Samuel Mino made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicasio Ospetsu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Montrelle in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Txordon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. German Montrelle struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Ciriaco Txordon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.D. La Equidad Futbol. In the 72nd minute, Basilio Mingo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 73 played minutes, C.D. La Equidad Futbol's Benjamin Noe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ciriaco Txordon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.D. La Equidad Futbol reached it. 79 minutes into the game, Leonardo Oso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Nicasio Ospetsu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Samuel Mino received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nicasio Ospetsu came out and tried to block the shot, but Samuel Mino slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 84th minute. In the 94th minute, Maximino Kaxen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.D. La Equidad Futbol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. When the final whistle sounded Deportes 4 de junio left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.D. La Equidad Futbol.
