In the 14th match minute, Paso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Sugar to maneuver through the defense. Elpidio Ekialde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tadeo Lizbeth in the 15th minute. A collision led to Sayaco getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Atilano Ariando hit a great ball. In the 66th minute of the match Raimundo Bizi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filiberto Lucian skillfully saved the ball. Artemio Lamberto took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filiberto Lucian. Filiberto Lucian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Elpidio Ekialde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Vincent in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Paso FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Angel Steven hit a great ball. The supporters of Paso FC booed when Sayaco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Gilen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute of the match, Raimundo Bizi sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Filiberto Lucian showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Many of Paso FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Paso FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Sayaco were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
