Delmar Gartxot helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dionisio Santo got free with Denílson Vargas in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ricardo Romo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Eduardo Ponciano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barrio Ruta del Sol and the Urusmayo players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Barrio Ruta del Sol getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Eduardo Ponciano hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Delmar Gartxot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urusmayo's supporters rose to their feet, but Delmar Gartxot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mario Evangelista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inocencio Rolado kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Mario Evangelista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Gartxot in the 17th minute of play. Lisandro Ponciano kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Barrio Ruta del Sol getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Martin Bibiano hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Lisandro Ticho made a precise shot to the right of Mario Evangelista. Barrio Ruta del Sol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Mario Evangelista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Ticho, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Mario Evangelista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from La Madeja went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 37 played minutes Urusmayo got a freekick which was hit by Ramón Lentini. Mario Evangelista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from La Madeja in the 39th minute of play. Delmar Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Evangelista having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dionisio Santo to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Eduardo Ponciano notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Urusmayo's Denílson Vargas. Denílson Vargas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 55 minutes, Lisandro Ticho made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Barrio Ruta del Sol's Mario Evangelista tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mario Evangelista made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Delmar Gartxot sent off a good shot on target. Ricardo Romo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Lisandro Ticho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Barrio Ruta del Sol's Mario Evangelista got control of the ball when Delmar Gartxot tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Barrio Ruta del Sol's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Gartxot came free, but Mario Evangelista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urusmayo were furious when Inocencio Rolado was red carded, 66 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 65th minute, one of Urusmayo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Urusmayo. The referee gave Barrio Ruta del Sol a penalty, 67 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Isaias Hernando, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Urusmayo's Denílson Vargas. 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delmar Gartxot in the 71st minute of play forced Barrio Ruta del Sol's goalkeeper Mario Evangelista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urusmayo's Delmar Gartxot got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Delmar Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Evangelista having to interfere. Urusmayo's La Madeja was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 82nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Mario Evangelista was a little too slow when La Madeja got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 86th minute. The score was now 2-5. After a defensive mix-up in Barrio Ruta del Sol's zone, La Madeja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Evangelista came out of the goal and La Madeja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Delmar Gartxot in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Evangelista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Urusmayo booed when Barrio Ruta del Sol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Jakes didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Barrio Ruta del Sol getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ricardo Romo hit a great ball. 96 minutes into the match, Barrio Ruta del Sol's goal looked a bit too open when La Madeja came free, but Mario Evangelista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 98th play minutes La Madeja shot 2-6, a short shot which went by Mario Evangelista and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match was over Urusmayo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Barrio Ruta del Sol throughout the match.
