After having played for 10 minutes, Rosendo Madeo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gran Pauta AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Madeo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Guandacol's Bernardo Serapio got a free kick in the 12th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Saverio Bilbo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gran Pauta AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Saverio Bilbo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Emeterio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rosendo Madeo in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cayetano Emeterio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 18thth minute of the game Edgard Goiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guandacol's Cayetano Emeterio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 19 played minutes Guandacol got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Txanton. Erasmo Min hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Guandacol's Amancio Txanton got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Natalio Perpinya hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Aureliano Peru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Cayetano Emeterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Goiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardo Serapio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Herbert Tyskie. That made the score 1-1 in the 33 minute of play. Gran Pauta AFC's Herbert Tyskie proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Gran Pauta AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute, Gervasio Celipe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Gran Pauta AFC's Norberto Maxin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Guandacol's zone, Edgard Goiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Emeterio came out of the goal and Edgard Goiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Serapio in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herbert Tyskie saved Gran Pauta AFC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Serapio in the 48th minute of play forced Gran Pauta AFC's goalkeeper Herbert Tyskie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernardo Serapio to make the kick off. When Rosendo Madeo came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Gran Pauta AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rosendo Madeo couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Gran Pauta AFC getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Rosendo Madeo hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Serapio in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Herbert Tyskie saved Gran Pauta AFC from getting behind. Herbert Tyskie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Txanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58thth minute of the game Rosendo Madeo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guandacol's Cayetano Emeterio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Gran Pauta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Serapio came free, but Herbert Tyskie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gran Pauta AFC's Herbert Tyskie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Txanton in the 65th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Quinito in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The supporters of Gran Pauta AFC booed when Guandacol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Quinito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herbert Tyskie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Quinito in the 74th minute of play. After 80 minutes, Cayetano Quinito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guandacol and the Gran Pauta AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th minute, Cayetano Quinito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Guandacol fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Gran Pauta AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
