Remigio Norino ran back to his position shaking his head. Benjamin McNeur took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruben Formerio. Ruben Formerio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remigio Norino in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruben Formerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonel Club de Fútbol's Marcos Cordera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Txomin in the 16th minute of play. Benjamin McNeur succeeded in the game's 19th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Benjamin McNeur who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Ruben Formerio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquilino Brun couldn't finish the play. If Fábio Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonel Club de Fútbol walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
