Genaro Sabin's late challenge caught a Millonarios city's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genaro Sabin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th minute of the match Eloy Confesor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedro Daunte showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot 12 in the game by Rene Baumer from a close distance when the talented Pedro Daunte managed to make a qualified save. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's players were relieved. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Favila in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Janpier saved Millonarios city from getting behind. In the 15th minute, Rene Baumer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Millonarios city fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Pedro Daunte made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Lucas Favila sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute Fernando Favila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Janpier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Baumer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Pedro Daunte made a huge save. In the 43rd minute of the match, Lucas Favila got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Daunte was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The wind increased when Rene Baumer made the kick off in the second half. When Rene Baumer came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Millonarios city fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rene Baumer couldn't finish the play. Rene Baumer took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Daunte. Pedro Daunte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Pedro Daunte came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Millonarios city's Rene Baumer. But to his dismay, Rene Baumer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0. After having played for 84 minutes, Rene Baumer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Millonarios city's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rene Baumer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Maximino Nahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lucas Favila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Daunte read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Baumer in the 93rd minute of play forced Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Pedro Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucas Favila scored 13-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Daunte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Millonarios city's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
