After a defensive mix-up in EQUUS F.C.'s zone, Gaston Baldovino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulino Gorosti came out of the goal and Gaston Baldovino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Mateo Pacorro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Somisa FC's Amancio Sauveur got a free kick in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the match, EQUUS F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Severino Hats came free, but Paulino Gorosti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Geronimo Sanson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. EQUUS F.C. succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Somisa FC had controlled the match.
