Dani Olmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dani Olmo might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teo Hartz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dani Olmo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 16th minute, Corsarios del Sur's Rodrigo Cidro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Rodrigo Cidro took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Teo Hartz to make any attempt to save it. In the 25th minute of the game Fernan Chesus made a throw-in which Placido Hustaz played forward. Fernan Chesus charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernan Chesus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Independiente Rivadavia got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Chesus. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Rodrigo Cidro took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Teo Hartz to make any attempt to save it. Rodrigo Cidro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teo Hartz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Teo Hartz was a little too slow when Rodrigo Cidro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 4-0. After some careless play in the Independiente Rivadavia defense, Rodrigo Cidro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teo Hartz. The Independiente Rivadavia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teo Hartz should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Cidro made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Fernan Chesus threw the ball into play from the sideline. Corsarios del Sur's Samuel Damario quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 59 minutes into the match, Corsarios del Sur's Rodrigo Cidro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo Hartz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th minute of the match Corsarios del Sur got a corner. Independiente Rivadavia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mikolaj Niedziela ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Cidro in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teo Hartz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 72 played minutes Corsarios del Sur got a freekick which was hit by Ariel Baumer. 77 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Cidro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teo Hartz. Independiente Rivadavia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rodrigo Cidro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. In the 86th minute of the game Placido Hustaz made a throw-in which Basilio Gilen played forward. Rodrigo Cidro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teo Hartz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Conrado Xabel heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 90 played minutes Independiente Rivadavia got a freekick which was hit by Fernan Chesus. In the 91st minute, Rodrigo Cidro made a precise shot to the right of Teo Hartz. Independiente Rivadavia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Corsarios del Sur had played much better football throughout.
