Mauricio Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Mon in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Emanuel Osorio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Fidele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Puerto Unidos Sur's 狄星凌 got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 狄星凌 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Gorosti having to interfere. The EQUUS F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Puerto Unidos Sur were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leo Mon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes of play, Puerto Unidos Sur's Éloi Théodore made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Orland in the 68th minute of play forced EQUUS F.C.'s goalkeeper Paulino Gorosti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Fidele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Mon in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Geronimo Sanson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauricio Fidele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leo Mon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute, Puerto Unidos Sur's Pastor Orland ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulino Gorosti. Paulino Gorosti yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Leo Mon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Lluques took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mauricio Fidele. Puerto Unidos Sur's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Puerto Unidos Sur's Mauricio Fidele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geronimo Sanson in the 92nd minute of play. When the match was over Puerto Unidos Sur could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than EQUUS F.C. throughout the match.
