After some careless play in the Xeneises F.C. defense, Özer Ballı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Domingo Raymond. The Xeneises F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Domingo Raymond should have stopped the shot. Aristides Orti kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Domingo Raymond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özer Ballı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 20 played minutes, ZAKE's Ambrosio Dacio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Domingo Raymond came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ZAKE reached it. 21 minutes into the game, Xeneises F.C.'s Antonio Barrionuevo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Basilio Ihazintu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Antonio Barrionuevo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Basilio Ihazintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domingo Raymond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özer Ballı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Xeneises F.C. booed when ZAKE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristo Benitez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd match minute, ZAKE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pompiliu Petru to maneuver through the defense. Justo Shepherd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Ihazintu having to interfere. Victorino Egun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Ihazintu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justo Shepherd in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Özer Ballı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingo Raymond was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justo Shepherd to strike the kick off in the second half. Basilio Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Barrionuevo in the 52nd minute of play. The corner led Xeneises F.C.'s Antonio Frutos to fire away a dangerous shot which Basilio Ihazintu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Domingo Raymond successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 58 played minutes Xeneises F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Elodio. After 64 played minutes Xeneises F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Simon Manex. Xeneises F.C.'s Domingo Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özer Ballı in the 67th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Özer Ballı ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingo Raymond was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Özer Ballı in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingo Raymond saved Xeneises F.C. from getting behind. After 76 minutes, Özer Ballı made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Xeneises F.C.'s Domingo Raymond tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Xeneises F.C. getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Melchor Breogan hit a great ball. The long shot by Ambrosio Dacio in the 79th minute really tested Domingo Raymond's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 80 minutes into the game, Victorino Egun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ZAKE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xeneises F.C. the free kick. In the 80th match minute, ZAKE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorino Egun to maneuver through the defense. Basilio Ihazintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Barrionuevo in the 81st minute of the match. Basilio Ihazintu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justo Shepherd's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. When Justo Shepherd fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Xeneises F.C.'s protests and gave Justo Shepherd a yellow card for diving instead. After 91 played minutes Xeneises F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Justo Shepherd. When ZAKE's Victorino Egun in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Xeneises F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. ZAKE's Basilio Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Cambranes in the 95th minute of play. Aristides Orti hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The ZAKE players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
