Jonatan Formerio hit a great ball. After 9 minutes, Justo Shepherd made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. River soldaty's Pascal Finke tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind River soldaty's goalkeeper Pascal Finke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Justo Shepherd took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascal Finke. Pascal Finke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 15 minutes into the match, Xeneises F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Peio came free, but Domingo Raymond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind River soldaty's goalkeeper Pascal Finke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, River soldaty's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Cambranes came free, but Pascal Finke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Elodio in the 29th minute of play forced River soldaty's goalkeeper Pascal Finke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascal Finke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justo Shepherd went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Pascal Finke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justo Shepherd in the 37th minute of play. Antonio Barrionuevo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pascal Finke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Shepherd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Xeneises F.C. were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jimeno Peio to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Xeneises F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ixidor. Jimeno Peio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justo Shepherd's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Pascal Finke skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pascal Finke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the match, River soldaty's goalkeeper Pascal Finke had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Elodio. Antonio Barrionuevo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascal Finke having to interfere. Reynaldo Cambranes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th match minute, River soldaty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Barea to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Xeneises F.C.'s Aristides Orti dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Jimeno Peio struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Domingo Raymond didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for River soldaty. 79 minutes into the game, Roberto Marcones was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. River soldaty's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Xeneises F.C. the free kick. After 80 played minutes River soldaty got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Marcones. Justo Shepherd took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pascal Finke. Pascal Finke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. With a little luck, River soldaty's Pascal Finke got control of the ball when Justo Shepherd tried to sneak it across the goal line. Melchor Breogan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pascal Finke having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Justo Shepherd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xeneises F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Justo Shepherd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pascal Finke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Justo Shepherd who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Pascal Finke when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Xeneises F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
