Justo Shepherd's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Prudencio Duarte skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Prudencio Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Cambranes, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Xeneises F.C.'s Domingo Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Ferran in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Xeneises F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ixidor to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Segundo Ferran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Domingo Raymond. Xeneises F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Segundo Ferran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Domingo Raymond stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Segundo Ferran's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Domingo Raymond came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Independiente Avellaneda's Joel Beti. But to his dismay, Joel Beti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Hugo Ixidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Prudencio Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Melchor Breogan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Domingo Raymond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Arias in the 27th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Aristides Orti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justo Shepherd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prudencio Duarte having to interfere. Reynaldo Cambranes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. Xeneises F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 35 minutes of play, Xeneises F.C.'s Justo Shepherd made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Prudencio Duarte was left in no man's land by his defense there! With his leg Prudencio Duarte managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Xeneises F.C.'s Justo Shepherd fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 40th minute, Reynaldo Cambranes made a precise shot to the right of Prudencio Duarte. Independiente Avellaneda's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. 48 minutes into the match, Justo Shepherd notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Independiente Avellaneda's Prudencio Duarte. Prudencio Duarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justo Shepherd was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Reynaldo Cambranes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Xeneises F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. The Xeneises F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Xeneises F.C.'s Justo Shepherd looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Xeneises F.C.'s Justo Shepherd in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Independiente Avellaneda's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Aristides Orti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xeneises F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Aristides Orti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prudencio Duarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Xeneises F.C.'s Justo Shepherd in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 82nd minute of the match Simon Manex sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prudencio Duarte skillfully saved the ball. The Xeneises F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Xeneises F.C.'s Justo Shepherd looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Xeneises F.C.'s Antonio Barrionuevo got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prudencio Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Shepherd, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 91 minutes into the game, Justo Shepherd cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-2. Prudencio Duarte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute, Justo Shepherd ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prudencio Duarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-2. Xeneises F.C.'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
