Eusebio Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Medero, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Gordioro Futbol Club were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after BALLESTER F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tiburcio Medero took the corner. After 14 minutes, Felipe Herensuge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BALLESTER F.C. and the Gordioro Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 14th minute, Felipe Herensuge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusebio Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Lia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yiğit Can Dahi's late challenge caught a BALLESTER F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yiğit Can Dahi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th match minute, Gordioro Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yiğit Can Dahi to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Gordioro Futbol Club defense, Felipe Herensuge kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eleuterio Igon. The Gordioro Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eleuterio Igon should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, BALLESTER F.C.'s Abelardo Godoy got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Tiburcio Medero struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Eusebio Mel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gordioro Futbol Club. With a little luck, BALLESTER F.C.'s Eusebio Mel got control of the ball when Silvano Lia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tiburcio Medero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Mel having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Tiburcio Medero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gordioro Futbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiburcio Medero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. BALLESTER F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Silvano Lia scored to the left of an out of position Eusebio Mel, making the score, 2-1. A collision led to BALLESTER F.C. getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Arnaldo Enmanuel hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, BALLESTER F.C.'s goalkeeper Eusebio Mel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvano Lia. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvano Lia to strike the kick off in the second half. Silvano Lia scored 3-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eusebio Mel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. BALLESTER F.C.'s Eusebio Mel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Medero in the 59th minute of play. When Felipe Herensuge came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the BALLESTER F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Herensuge couldn't finish the play. Eusebio Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Medero in the 64th minute of the match. Eusebio Mel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tiburcio Medero went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvano Lia in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusebio Mel saved BALLESTER F.C. from getting behind. If Clemente Gudesteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvano Lia took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eusebio Mel. Eusebio Mel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. If Silvano Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Silvano Lia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gordioro Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Christian Lucila lost his temper 91 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Gordioro Futbol Club's Reynaldo Senin got a free kick in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Gordioro Futbol Club had won after a very even match.
