The supporters of BALLESTER F.C. booed when River soldaty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Bazkoare didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 7 played minutes Jimeno Peio rounded BALLESTER F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. 14 minutes into the game, Jimeno Peio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Eusebio Mel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, BALLESTER F.C.'s Christian Lucila got a free kick in the 17th minute. Abelardo Godoy hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Jimeno Peio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eusebio Mel came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by River soldaty's Leandro Lope. But to his dismay, Leandro Lope quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A collision led to River soldaty getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Hermengildo Gergori hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute, Leandro Lope made a precise shot to the right of Eusebio Mel. BALLESTER F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Jimeno Peio scored 5-0 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eusebio Mel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th minute, Nicolas Barea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The River soldaty fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Eusebio Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Lope in the 52nd minute of play. Jeronimo Ellande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Pascal Finke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Jimeno Peio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eusebio Mel was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Eusebio Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Peio in the 61st minute of the match. If Jimeno Peio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Herensuge in the 65th minute of play forced River soldaty's goalkeeper Pascal Finke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th match minute, River soldaty was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Venancio Cibran to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, River soldaty's Hugo Honrio got a free kick in the 75th minute. Pascal Finke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeronimo Ellande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leandro Lope scored 8-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eusebio Mel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eusebio Mel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Peio in the 87th minute of the match. Pascal Finke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Herensuge, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. BALLESTER F.C.'s Felipe Herensuge got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. River soldaty's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
