Spectators: 7264 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) In the 4th minute Özer Ballı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Dacio came free, but Romeo Eate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Ambrosio Dacio managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZAKE's supporters rose to their feet, but Ambrosio Dacio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romeo Eate breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's Romeo Eate got control of the ball when Victorino Egun tried to sneak it across the goal line. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by ZAKE's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Baldomero Firman was slow to take the kick. During this time PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's players had a chance to rest. In the 17th minute, Özer Ballı got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Ambrosio Dacio notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's Romeo Eate. Romeo Eate was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 21 minutes into the match, Alan Barrionuevo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romeo Eate. PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alan Barrionuevo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 3-0 became the score in the 25th minute when Özer Ballı elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Romeo Eate was a little too slow when Özer Ballı got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 4-0. In the 35th minute of the match, Özer Ballı tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Romeo Eate saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA booed when ZAKE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Egun didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute Ambrosio Dacio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romeo Eate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Romeo Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Dacio in the 51st minute of play. Romeo Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Egun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marlon Reve took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romeo Eate. Romeo Eate dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 62nd minute, PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's Placido Ignazio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Basilio Ihazintu. Basilio Ihazintu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-1. Romeo Eate took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özer Ballı, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romeo Eate stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victorino Egun's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Özer Ballı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romeo Eate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Dacio in the 72nd minute of play. Romeo Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Dacio in the 74th minute of the match. Marlon Reve struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Romeo Eate didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZAKE. After some careless play in the PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA defense, Özer Ballı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romeo Eate. The PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeo Eate should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's Santos Gombal got a free kick in the 79th minute. Ambrosio Dacio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Romeo Eate. PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Romeo Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conny Pohl in the 81st minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Francisco Pitin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZAKE the free kick. In the 83rd minute, Özer Ballı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Özer Ballı scored 9-1 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romeo Eate, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Placido Ignazio hit a great ball. Romeo Eate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Egun, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Dacio in the 89th minute of play forced PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's goalkeeper Romeo Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA defense, Özer Ballı kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Romeo Eate. The PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Romeo Eate should have stopped the shot. Santos Gombal's late challenge caught a ZAKE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santos Gombal helped the player get up and apologised. 94 minutes into the match, ZAKE's Ambrosio Dacio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ZAKE had played much better football throughout.
