An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Poz in the 3rd minute of play forced Xeneises F.C.'s goalkeeper Domingo Raymond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Jacinto Quintana hit a great ball. Moises Romelio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justo Shepherd in the 10th minute. Domingo Raymond showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Poz, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Justo Shepherd took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Moises Romelio to make any attempt to save it. After 15 played minutes PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Perico. Moises Romelio was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Antonio Frutos. Aristides Orti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Romelio having to interfere. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's goalkeeper Moises Romelio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 21 minutes, Placido Ignazio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Placido Ignazio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd match minute, PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amancio Calvet to maneuver through the defense. Aristides Orti struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Moises Romelio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xeneises F.C.. 31 minutes into the game, Xeneises F.C.'s Antonio Barrionuevo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moises Romelio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The Xeneises F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Xeneises F.C.'s Justo Shepherd looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justo Shepherd in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moises Romelio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's Moises Romelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Elodio in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, PEÑAROL JOSE MENDOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Shepherd came free, but Moises Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Justo Shepherd cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Moises Romelio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xeneises F.C.'s Justo Shepherd got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Moises Romelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Shepherd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Hugo Ixidor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Justo Shepherd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Etxekopar's late challenge caught a Xeneises F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Etxekopar helped the player get up and apologised. Bruno Etxekopar hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Antonio Barrionuevo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xeneises F.C.'s Hugo Ixidor got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Xeneises F.C.'s Justo Shepherd nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moises Romelio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Melchor Breogan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xeneises F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Melchor Breogan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moises Romelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 92 minutes of play, Xeneises F.C.'s Antonio Barrionuevo made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moises Romelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xeneises F.C. walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
