Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Constantino Berart kicked off to start the match. Raimundo Playo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Atarratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 12 minutes of play, Estrellas del Norte's Aloísio Matias made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raimundo Playo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Constantino Berart in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiburcio Irrintzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aloísio Matias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aloísio Matias came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Estrellas del Norte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aloísio Matias couldn't finish the play. 24 minutes into the match, Estrellas del Norte's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Berart came free, but Tiburcio Irrintzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Cienega AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Fabricio Guillerme hit a great ball. Tiburcio Irrintzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Berart, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After 37 minutes, Aloísio Matias made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Cienega AFC's Raimundo Playo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Epifanio Oihenarte charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Epifanio Oihenarte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Epifanio Oihenarte hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. A hard shot 42 in the game by Anacleto Maju from a close distance when the talented Tiburcio Irrintzi managed to make a qualified save. Estrellas del Norte's players were relieved. In the 44th minute of the game, Constantino Berart landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Amador Pacorro fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrellas del Norte's protests and gave Amador Pacorro a yellow card for diving instead. Amador Pacorro hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Angelo Magdaleno didn't quite understand what happened when in the 46 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Everardo Atarratze struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Raimundo Playo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estrellas del Norte. Estrellas del Norte's Aloísio Matias was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 69th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, Cienega AFC's Candido Abeijon got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Aloísio Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aloísio Matias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Playo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when 任荣延 got free with Raimundo Playo in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddy Iturri's late challenge caught a Estrellas del Norte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Estrellas del Norte's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Oihenarte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimundo Playo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aloísio Matias blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raimundo Playo having to make a save. Raimundo Playo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aloísio Matias, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some careless play in the Estrellas del Norte defense, Anacleto Maju kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiburcio Irrintzi. The Estrellas del Norte fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiburcio Irrintzi should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Estrellas del Norte left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cienega AFC.
