Esteve Calisto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 16 in the game by Dimitris Moularas from a close distance when the talented Leo Lopez managed to make a qualified save. Azcurra AFC's players were relieved. Esteve Calisto came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Azcurra AFC's Kıraç Ustaoğlu. But to his dismay, Kıraç Ustaoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kıraç Ustaoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Esteve Calisto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kıraç Ustaoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. A collision led to Westie FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Guido Cutberto hit a great ball. In the 34th minute Özcan Sırat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Westie FC were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Azcurra AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Özcan Sırat took the corner. When Baldomiro Azibar fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Westie FC's protests and gave Baldomiro Azibar a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Westie FC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Azibar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victoriano Bieito got free with Leo Lopez in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Lorien in the 40th minute of play forced Westie FC's goalkeeper Esteve Calisto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Kıraç Ustaoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Calisto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Kıraç Ustaoğlu made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guido Cutberto during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Guido Cutberto hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Constantino Pancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Esteve Calisto to make any attempt to save it. 71 minutes into the match, Azcurra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Pedroso came free, but Leo Lopez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Özcan Sırat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Westie FC's zone, Isidro Lorien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esteve Calisto came out of the goal and Isidro Lorien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kıraç Ustaoğlu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 86th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Kıraç Ustaoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Kıraç Ustaoğlu came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Azcurra AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kıraç Ustaoğlu couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the game, Dimitris Moularas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Leo Lopez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Azcurra AFC defense, Dimitris Moularas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leo Lopez. The Azcurra AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Lopez should have stopped the shot. The Azcurra AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
