Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Horquilla's Sergio Rayman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Basilio Orlondon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Dante Leizarraga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zygmunt Olchowy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guaberto Sagrario in the 8th minute. In the 13th match minute, Horquilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciriaco Sandalio to maneuver through the defense. Quilmes A.C.'s Emilio Frederik got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Quilmes A.C.'s Rafael Mambru got a free kick in the 21st minute. If Sergio Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emilio Frederik in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Leizarraga saved Horquilla from getting behind. Zygmunt Olchowy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Luix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Horquilla booed when Quilmes A.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Mambru didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Quilmes A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Sergio Rayman came free, but Zygmunt Olchowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zygmunt Olchowy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Rayman in the 40th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zygmunt Olchowy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilio Frederik got free with Dante Leizarraga in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zygmunt Olchowy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Rayman in the 60th minute of play. With 63 minutes on the clock, Fulgencio Mattin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 62 minutes into the game, one of Quilmes A.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sergio Rayman struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Zygmunt Olchowy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Horquilla. Zygmunt Olchowy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Horado, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Federico Stanislao kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Quilmes A.C.'s zone, Sergio Rayman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zygmunt Olchowy came out of the goal and Sergio Rayman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Horquilla fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Horquilla's Sergio Rayman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Quilmes A.C. getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Javier Naelio hit a great ball. Zygmunt Olchowy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Luix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Quilmes A.C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Horquilla from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
