An unexpectedly hard shot by Sakis Megas in the 18th minute of play forced EL REY DE LA CARNE's goalkeeper Baltasar Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltasar Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Orlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Sakis Megas struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Baltasar Santana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lules. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Jakob Modig took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Baltasar Santana to make any attempt to save it. After 71 played minutes, EL REY DE LA CARNE's Teofilo Atauri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Javier Pasqual came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in EL REY DE LA CARNE reached it. 75 minutes into the match, EL REY DE LA CARNE's Nereo Vincente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Javier Pasqual narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 76th minute Dennis Kleiker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dennis Kleiker got free with Baltasar Santana in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 83 minutes, Sakis Megas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lules and the EL REY DE LA CARNE players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the match was over Lules could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than EL REY DE LA CARNE throughout the match.
