He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Villa Pineral - Caseros reached it. In the 14th minute Mogel Izcaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Bazkoare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Elpidio Xacintu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Juan Musso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Mogel Izcaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. In the 23rdth minute of the game Teofilo Pes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rosario Central FC's Juan Musso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Villa Pineral - Caseros's goalkeeper Esteban Bazkoare had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Estevão Bessa. Teofilo Pes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rosario Central FC's Juan Musso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Garaile in the 31st minute of play. In the 38th minute of the match Rosario Central FC got a corner. Villa Pineral - Caseros's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mogel Izcaray ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Mogel Izcaray got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Esteban Bazkoare quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some careless play in the Villa Pineral - Caseros defense, Mogel Izcaray kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esteban Bazkoare. The Villa Pineral - Caseros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esteban Bazkoare should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

If Mogel Izcaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Musso was a little too slow when Teofilo Pes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 2-2. Mogel Izcaray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Bazkoare having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, Villa Pineral - Caseros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Endura to maneuver through the defense. When Rosario Central FC's Mogel Izcaray in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Villa Pineral - Caseros's goalie prevented a goal. When Mogel Izcaray fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rosario Central FC's protests and gave Mogel Izcaray a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rosario Central FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Mogel Izcaray hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Mogel Izcaray notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Villa Pineral - Caseros's Esteban Bazkoare. Esteban Bazkoare was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 86 played minutes, Villa Pineral - Caseros's Dario Leone shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Juan Musso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Esteban Bazkoare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosario Central FC.
