Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mogel Izcaray started the match with the kick off. When Fulgencio Quintana fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copacabana's protests and gave Fulgencio Quintana a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Copacabana's Fulgencio Quintana got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ezequiel Maldonado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario Central FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezequiel Maldonado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliberto Savier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Feliberto Savier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mogel Izcaray, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Mogel Izcaray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gervasio Bieito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Urbano Clemencin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mogel Izcaray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julian Opilano during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd minute Gervasio Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliberto Savier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Gervasio Bieito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliberto Savier was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Rosario Central FC's Gervasio Bieito got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mogel Izcaray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Feliberto Savier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mogel Izcaray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Savier having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mogel Izcaray in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliberto Savier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Oriol in the 32nd minute of play forced Rosario Central FC's goalkeeper Juan Musso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Mogel Izcaray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mogel Izcaray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionisio Quirce kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Gervasio Bieito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Eugenio Oriol kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juan Musso. That made the score 1-2 in the 41 minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roque Thomas made a kick off. Urbano Clemencin hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. 53 minutes into the match, Rosario Central FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Clemencin came free, but Juan Musso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feliberto Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mogel Izcaray in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute of the match Rosario Central FC got a corner. Copacabana's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mogel Izcaray ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zacarias Balon was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Copacabana's goalkeeper Feliberto Savier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gervasio Bieito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute, Rosario Central FC's Mogel Izcaray dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mogel Izcaray got free with Feliberto Savier in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Rosario Central FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Orçun Yersel hit a great ball. Mogel Izcaray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Savier having to interfere. Mogel Izcaray scored 1-4 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Feliberto Savier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mogel Izcaray struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Feliberto Savier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosario Central FC. In the 81st minute, Gervasio Bieito made a precise shot to the right of Feliberto Savier. Copacabana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Feliberto Savier made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Gervasio Bieito sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mogel Izcaray in the 87th minute of play forced Copacabana's goalkeeper Feliberto Savier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Mogel Izcaray got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Feliberto Savier was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Mogel Izcaray capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mogel Izcaray really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Rosario Central FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
