The referee ignored La Juve Salteña's protests and gave Emilio Hitz a yellow card for diving instead. Emilio Hitz hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 36 minutes into the match, La Juve Salteña's goalkeeper Rafael Sidro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Orlondon. Cayetano Furman hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Marcos Orlondon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in La Juve Salteña's zone, Estefan Villalcazar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Sidro came out of the goal and Estefan Villalcazar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dante Gil kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rubén Paz was the one to do the kick off. Rubén Paz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teodosio Orkatz having to make a save. Rubén Paz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Teodosio Orkatz made a huge save. Rafael Sidro came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Sepultura FC's Coronel Duarte. But to his dismay, Coronel Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The referee gave La Juve Salteña a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Santiago Chale, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sepultura FC's Teodosio Orkatz. 3-1. 67 minutes into the game, Estefan Villalcazar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Rafael Sidro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcos Orlondon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Sidro having to make a save. In the 71st match minute, Sepultura FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Orlondon to maneuver through the defense. La Juve Salteña's Rafael Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Orlondon in the 75th minute of play. Rafael Sidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Estefan Villalcazar in the 77th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Marcos Orlondon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sepultura FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcos Orlondon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Sidro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcos Orlondon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Sidro having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, La Juve Salteña's Rubén Paz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-2. Rafael Sidro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
