With a little luck, Moquehuá AFC's Isidoro Min got control of the ball when Rubén Paz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of La Juve Salteña booed when Moquehuá AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Pio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Ciriaco Bermudez made a precise shot to the right of Rafael Sidro. La Juve Salteña's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to La Juve Salteña getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Uriel Lordi hit a great ball. Ivan Victoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Sidro having to interfere. La Juve Salteña's Teofilo Tonio got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clodoveo Patxi in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Sidro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Moquehuá AFC's Isidoro Min played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Tonio in the 27th minute of play. In the 31st minute, one of Moquehuá AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Moquehuá AFC. When the match had been going on for 33 minutes, La Juve Salteña's Santiago Chale got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Isidoro Min. Teofilo Tonio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Isidoro Min tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Clodoveo Patxi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moquehuá AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 43rd minute, Ciriaco Bermudez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes La Juve Salteña got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Lordi. The La Juve Salteña players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Moquehuá AFC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clodoveo Patxi made a kick off. Ivan Victoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Sidro having to interfere. Clodoveo Patxi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Moquehuá AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Clodoveo Patxi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rafael Sidro came out and tried to block the shot, but Clodoveo Patxi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 63rd minute. Rafael Sidro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wilfredo Txartiko showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 67 minute of play. Uriel Lordi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Isidoro Min tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Clodoveo Patxi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rafael Sidro, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Txartiko in the 79th minute of play forced La Juve Salteña's goalkeeper Rafael Sidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes La Juve Salteña's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciriaco Bermudez who took care of the corner kick. Moquehuá AFC's Ivan Victoro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rafael Sidro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clodoveo Patxi got free with Rafael Sidro in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivan Victoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Rafael Sidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Sidro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clodoveo Patxi's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Moquehuá AFC's Clodoveo Patxi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rafael Sidro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. After 94 played minutes La Juve Salteña got a freekick which was hit by Teofilo Tonio. The La Juve Salteña fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Moquehuá AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
