In the 12th minute Pablo Solari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobaldo Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teobaldo Claris made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Pablo Solari sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Goizeder got free with Teobaldo Claris in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teobaldo Claris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Goizeder in the 19th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Riverzone's Lucas Goizeder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teobaldo Claris made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 24 minutes Riverzone's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Placido Mikelats who took care of the corner kick. Teobaldo Claris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pablo Solari in the 25th minute. Riverzone's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnoldo Porfirio in the 29th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Matías Kranevitter heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ezequiel Centurión showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Precioso in the 33rd minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Locos x el Gol's goalkeeper Teobaldo Claris had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pablo Solari. Lucas Goizeder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Claris having to interfere. The supporters of Riverzone booed when Locos x el Gol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleuterio Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pablo Solari made a kick off. Pablo Solari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Claris having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Riverzone's zone, Sinforoso Marquez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Centurión came out of the goal and Sinforoso Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute Pablo Solari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobaldo Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Esequiel Barco had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teobaldo Claris. Locos x el Gol's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esequiel Barco was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 64 minutes into the game, Pablo Solari cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Teobaldo Claris was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pablo Solari might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teobaldo Claris. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pablo Solari ran back to his position shaking his head. If Esequiel Barco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes Locos x el Gol got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Hori. Riverzone's Lex Dewolf was substituted for Pablo Solari. Riverzone made a substitution. Enzo Díaz replaced Gabriel Erruki. A collision led to Locos x el Gol getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Angelo Hori hit a great ball. Teobaldo Claris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calle Jakobsson in the 78th minute of the match. Locos x el Gol's Teobaldo Claris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lex Dewolf in the 80th minute of play. After 83 played minutes Locos x el Gol got a freekick which was hit by Sinforoso Marquez. In the 87th minute Calle Jakobsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobaldo Claris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Locos x el Gol's goal looked a bit too open when Lex Dewolf came free, but Teobaldo Claris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th match minute, Locos x el Gol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Eutropio to maneuver through the defense. Teobaldo Claris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnoldo Porfirio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basilio Olivar hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Sinforoso Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mihály Tótfalusi hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Riverzone's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
