Nunez Raymundo came out of the goal and Joaquin Obeko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aureliano Dalmai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Severiano Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes, Los VagiHuevos's Benito Montes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Epifanio Bermund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Los VagiHuevos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
