Spectators: 7130 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Chacabuco FC's Jimeno Leguizamón started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Olimpo got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Viator. After 7 played minutes Pascual Evangelista rounded Olimpo's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. After having played for 10 minutes, Luis Egoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chacabuco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Egoi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Jimeno Leguizamón came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Chacabuco FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Leguizamón couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Pascual Evangelista got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jimeno Leguizamón fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Artal having to interfere. A collision led to Chacabuco FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Luis Egoi hit a great ball. Angel Rafe's late challenge caught a Chacabuco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angel Rafe helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Olimpo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chacabuco FC:s goal. In the 26th minute, the referee gave Chacabuco FC a penalty. Apolo Ireno looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Carolo Artal. Carolo Artal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Leguizamón in the 30th minute. Carolo Artal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Evangelista in the 31st minute of the match. Luis Egoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teo Ascencio kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Serafin Viator hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Carolo Artal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jimeno Leguizamón's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Carolo Artal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Leguizamón in the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to Chacabuco FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Pastor Lazcano hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Pascual Evangelista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacabuco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascual Evangelista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carolo Artal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teo Ascencio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Luis Egoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimeno Leguizamón sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Egoi in the 75th minute of play forced Olimpo's goalkeeper Carolo Artal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ignacio Mikolas hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Olimpo's zone, Jimeno Leguizamón stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carolo Artal came out of the goal and Jimeno Leguizamón tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 81 minutes, Ignacio Mikolas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olimpo and the Chacabuco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes Olimpo got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Mikolas. If Jimeno Leguizamón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Olimpo booed when Chacabuco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robustiano Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Ignacio Mikolas made a precise shot to the right of Einar Tham. Chacabuco FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Pascual Evangelista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 90 minutes, Teo Ascencio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olimpo and the Chacabuco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Olimpo succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Chacabuco FC had controlled the match.
