Kristóf Selymes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Axel Sjöman made a huge save. When Efrain Chayo came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Cacique FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Efrain Chayo couldn't finish the play. Anselmo Pes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Sjöman having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Chayo in the 12th minute of play forced Capillitas's goalkeeper Axel Sjöman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cacique FC were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after Capillitas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guaberto Crescencio took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Guaberto Crescencio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Axel Sjöman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Anselmo Pes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Sjöman having to interfere. Anselmo Pes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Axel Sjöman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Efrain Chayo made a precise shot to the right of Axel Sjöman. Capillitas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Axel Sjöman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paulino Thomas in the 30th minute. Guaberto Crescencio hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Capillitas's Axel Sjöman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Chayo in the 43rd minute of play. Paulino Thomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guillermo Ferran was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Gilesindo in the 51st minute of play forced Cacique FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Afonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Epifanio Gilesindo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capillitas's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Gilesindo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alonzo Afonso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Guillermo Ferran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Efrain Chayo in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Axel Sjöman saved Capillitas from getting behind. Capillitas's Axel Sjöman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Chayo in the 71st minute of play. Guillermo Ferran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Afonso having to interfere. Axel Sjöman came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Cacique FC's Anselmo Pes. But to his dismay, Anselmo Pes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Anselmo Pes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Axel Sjöman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jarl Jonasson hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute of the match Guaberto Crescencio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Axel Sjöman skillfully saved the ball. In the 85th minute, Anselmo Pes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Axel Sjöman was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Dario Walme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Axel Sjöman having to make a save. In the 93rd minute Efrain Chayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Sjöman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cacique FC fully deserved thier win.
