Spectators: 7335 (Terracing: 5603, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 15) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nacho Villarroel started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Nacho Villarroel made a precise shot to the right of Alonzo Afonso. Cacique FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Cacique FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Afonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciro Henric. In the 12th minute, Ushuaia FC's Ciro Henric dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Thomas in the 18th minute of play forced Ushuaia FC's goalkeeper Pete Lamido to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Efrain Chayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pete Lamido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pete Lamido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Chayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, Nacho Villarroel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alonzo Afonso. Nacho Villarroel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramiro Bautista got free with Alonzo Afonso in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alonzo Afonso was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ramiro Bautista showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 37 minute of play. With an all-out effort, Ushuaia FC's Alonzo Afonso threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nacho Villarroel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 43rd minute, Ciro Henric reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alonzo Afonso. The goal made the score 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anselmo Pes made a kick off. If Nacho Villarroel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cacique FC's Alonzo Afonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Henric in the 53rd minute of play. Ciro Henric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Alonzo Afonso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Cacique FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Henric came free, but Alonzo Afonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 63 minutes, Nacho Villarroel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ushuaia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nacho Villarroel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute, Mauricio Sesuldo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alonzo Afonso was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. 71 minutes into the game, Ushuaia FC's Nacho Villarroel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alonzo Afonso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 74th match minute, Ushuaia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Sesuldo to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute Mauricio Sesuldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Afonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alonzo Afonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Bautista in the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Ushuaia FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Rutenio Anatibia hit a great ball. If Elpidio Cordara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alonzo Afonso came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Ushuaia FC's Mauricio Sesuldo. But to his dismay, Mauricio Sesuldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nacho Villarroel in the 95th minute of play forced Cacique FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Afonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alonzo Afonso came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Ushuaia FC's Ramiro Bautista. But to his dismay, Ramiro Bautista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cacique FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ushuaia FC.
