With a little luck, Club Deportivo Español's Wang Yi Zhen got control of the ball when Patricio Ugutz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 18 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Español's Agustin Eladio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Prospero Erlantz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Robustiano Beltxe might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Prospero Erlantz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robustiano Beltxe ran back to his position shaking his head. Patricio Ugutz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wang Yi Zhen firmly grabbed it by the left post. Prospero Erlantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Lon, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Prospero Erlantz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agustin Eladio went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Prospero Erlantz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Kirschbaum, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 46th minute, Agustin Regis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The MAGIC IS IN THE AIR players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Deportivo Español were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patricio Ugutz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But to his dismay, Felix Kirschbaum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 54th minute, Eugenio Berdoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes into the match, MAGIC IS IN THE AIR's goalkeeper Prospero Erlantz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Soñora. In the 58th minute Patricio Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wang Yi Zhen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Eugenio Berdoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MAGIC IS IN THE AIR's Prospero Erlantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save MAGIC IS IN THE AIR from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Patricio Ugutz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wang Yi Zhen was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. 68 minutes into the match, MAGIC IS IN THE AIR's goalkeeper Prospero Erlantz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ignacio Lon. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Felix Kirschbaum who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Prospero Erlantz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Agustin Eladio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Deportivo Español's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
