In the 5th minute, one of Team Swiftie FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Team Swiftie FC. The goalkeeper, Joel Macario, was totally fooled by Olimpo B.B.'s Apolo Benvide, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Baltasar Sendoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ovidio Dolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Bembe, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Nicolas Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tadeo Errapel got free with Joel Macario in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Team Swiftie FC's Joel Macario got control of the ball when Tadeo Errapel tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Team Swiftie FC's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Edur came free, but Joel Macario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Team Swiftie FC's Joel Macario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Team Swiftie FC from getting a goal against them. Ovidio Dolfo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Bembe in the 44th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baltasar Sendoa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Baltasar Sendoa could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Ovidio Dolfo however easily saved by the left post. Baltasar Sendoa got in the 55th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Ovidio Dolfo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Tadeo Errapel's late challenge caught a Team Swiftie FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ovidio Dolfo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. If Baltasar Sendoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Team Swiftie FC made a substitution. Gervasio Millano replaced Baltasar Sendoa. Joel Macario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Edur in the 96th minute of the match.
