Edgard Valentine made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. If Ubaldo Kaiet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Valentine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Kaiet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as C.A.All Boys's Ubaldo Kaiet slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edgard Valentine. That made the score 5-0 after 28 minutes of play. Silvestre Tonio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Ubaldo Kaiet fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Edgard Valentine, passed just outside the right post. In the 35th minute, Armando Sotil made a precise shot to the right of Silvestre Tonio. C.A.All Boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Augusto Sedeni took a quick shot and it went in 6-1 without a chance for Edgard Valentine to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ubaldo Kaiet in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgard Valentine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 42 minutes, Eloy Bembe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the lo pibe del potrero and the C.A.All Boys players grew even worse after the yellow card.
