Justino Oriol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavio Marias short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got Eloy Mingo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Flavio Maria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Mingo having to interfere. In the 21st minute Melquiades Jokin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgard Valentine saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Justino Oriol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eloy Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justino Oriol, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 40th minute, Eloy Bembe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Justino Oriol kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eloy Mingo. That made the score 1-1 in the 47 minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Melquiades Jokin made the kick off in the second half. Flavio Maria scored 2-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eloy Mingo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 66 minutes into the match, Justino Oriol had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eloy Mingo. Real Madrid CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justino Oriol was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 80th minute Flavio Maria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Armando Sotil notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Real Madrid CF's Eloy Mingo. Eloy Mingo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Flavio Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Eloy Mingo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
