The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 minutes, Baldomero Jurgi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boca Jr. FC and the Fantasio FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leon Jerrold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Alejandro Rayman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Kinsen kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Alejandro Rayman made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Leon Jerrold sent off a good shot on target. Alejandro Rayman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Tercero in the 7th minute of play. After some careless play in the Fantasio FC defense, Teo Tercero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alejandro Rayman. The Fantasio FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejandro Rayman should have stopped the shot. Baldomero Jurgi hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Leon Jerrold who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Alejandro Rayman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Victoriano Farias kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Pascual Rojelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejandro Rayman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pascual Rojelio ran back to his position shaking his head. Pascual Rojelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejandro Rayman having to interfere. Everardo Guerau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. 石翔晨 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boca Jr. FC's Teo Tercero got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute Eduardo Kinsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 石翔晨 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Everardo Guerau made a kick off. Fantasio FC's Alejandro Rayman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Lando in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Leon Jerrold made a precise shot to the right of Alejandro Rayman. Fantasio FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. When Carlos Phelipe fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fantasio FC's protests and gave Carlos Phelipe a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes Fantasio FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Phelipe. In the 63rd match minute, Boca Jr. FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Jerrold to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Fantasio FC's Jeronimo Valiente seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jeronimo Valiente the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Fantasio FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jeronimo Valiente had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Fantasio FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boca Jr. FC:s goal. Alejandro Rayman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Rojelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Alejandro Rayman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Jerrold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Fantasio FC defense, Leon Jerrold kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alejandro Rayman. The Fantasio FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejandro Rayman should have stopped the shot. Fantasio FC's Alejandro Rayman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Bartuelo in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fantasio FC's Tadeo Hermon got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Teo Tercero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Lando in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro Rayman saved Fantasio FC from getting behind. Leon Jerrold scored 6-1 in the 101st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alejandro Rayman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Fantasio FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Boca Jr. FC.
