In the 4th minute of the match Americo Errolan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mario Ferrando skillfully saved the ball. Faustino Servando struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Sixto Handi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ELAUBE. Pascual Hever received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Sixto Handi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Salagasta's Godofredo Diagur got a free kick in the 15th minute. Patricio Hibai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Hibai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Handi having to interfere. Sixto Handi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Freddy Izel in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Eulalio Omero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mario Ferrando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Patricio Hibai's late challenge caught a Salagasta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Hibai helped the player get up and apologised. After 27 played minutes ELAUBE got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Hibai. Mario Ferrando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Marcones in the 34th minute of the match. ELAUBE's Patricio Hibai got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Godofredo Diagur's late challenge caught a ELAUBE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godofredo Diagur helped the player get up and apologised. After 38 played minutes Salagasta got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Diagur. Freddy Izel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Sixto Handi made a huge save. Felipe Pitin kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Pascual Hever could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Sixto Handi made a huge save. Godofredo Diagur hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Faustino Servando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pascual Hever to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Faustino Servando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute Faustino Servando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Handi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Patricio Hibai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sixto Handi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. After having played for 62 minutes, Patricio Hibai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ELAUBE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Hibai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. ELAUBE's Pascual Hever got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mario Ferrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godofredo Diagur in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Eulalio Omero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mario Ferrando. ELAUBE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eulalio Omero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Faustino Servando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Patricio Hibai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Handi having to interfere. After 79 played minutes ELAUBE got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Servando. In the 87th minute of the match Emilio Satordi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mario Ferrando showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pascual Hever fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sixto Handi having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the ELAUBE players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
