Salinas FC's Elvio Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radja Warauw in the 14th minute of play. Geronimo Florin's late challenge caught a MarDel's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geronimo Florin helped the player get up and apologised. Eloy Herauso kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Salinas FC's Geronimo Florin got his second yellow card of the match in the 25th minute. The referee ordered Geronimo Florin off the ground. In the 25th match minute, Salinas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Florin to maneuver through the defense. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelijus Rimeika couldn't finish the play. Elvio Lohitzun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radja Warauw, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. A collision led to MarDel getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Marcial Abastas hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Salinas FC defense, Radja Warauw kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elvio Lohitzun. The Salinas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elvio Lohitzun should have stopped the shot. Salinas FC's Elvio Lohitzun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radja Warauw in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Mogel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elvio Lohitzun. Salinas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnaldo Mogel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Arnaldo Mogel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Elvio Lohitzun made a huge save. Salinas FC's Elvio Lohitzun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Salinas FC from getting a goal against them. If Anselmo Maule had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute Aurelijus Rimeika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elvio Lohitzun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
