In the 11th minute Camilo Policarpio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Blai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Pack FC's Gregorio Oidor seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Gregorio Oidor the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pack FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gregorio Oidor had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Pack FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of EL PEPO FC:s goal. Celso Inge shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. If Fernan Gentza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Pack FC's Fernan Gentza got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute, Rafael Clodio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EL PEPO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 29 minutes, Celso Inge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the EL PEPO FC and the Pack FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Edgard Herauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. EL PEPO FC's Ezequiel Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Bortzaioriz in the 40th minute of play. When Rafael Clodio came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the EL PEPO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Clodio couldn't finish the play. Hernan Blai made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Edgard Herauso sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Pack FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Esteban Tono hit a great ball. With a little luck, Pack FC's Hernan Blai got control of the ball when Edgard Herauso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hernan Blai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Clodio in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Clodio to make the kick off. In the 54th play minute Virgilio Bortzaioriz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ezequiel Boniel. 1-1. After 61 minutes of play, EL PEPO FC's Rafael Clodio made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hernan Blai was left in no man's land by his defense there! Isaac Tiso kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68thth minute of the game Rafael Clodio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pack FC's Hernan Blai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hernan Blai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Clodio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Virgilio Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorino Romano charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Victorino Romano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Esteban Tono struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Ezequiel Boniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pack FC. Edgard Herauso's late challenge caught a Pack FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Herauso helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to EL PEPO FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Edgard Herauso hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Clodio in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernan Blai saved Pack FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in EL PEPO FC's zone, Amancio Beti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Boniel came out of the goal and Amancio Beti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the game, Ovidio Argider was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL PEPO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pack FC the free kick. After 95 played minutes EL PEPO FC got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Argider. In the 98th minute, Edgard Herauso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 99th minute Rafael Clodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Blai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
