The audience was convinced that Maximiliano Canor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gogo Karlo was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. If Remigio Gartzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 22 minutes of play, Rio de La Plata FC's Maximiliano Canor made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gogo Karlo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After recieving a nice pass, Rio de La Plata FC's Gregorio Semeno tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Remigio Gartzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Leopoldo Cordario made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, Anasagasti AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Canor came free, but Gogo Karlo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximiliano Canor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeremias Cordarrol during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rio de La Plata FC booed when Anasagasti AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Cordarrol didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Valeriu Frumuzache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 48 minutes into the match, Anasagasti AFC's Remigio Gartzi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leopoldo Cordario narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Gogo Karlo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Canor in the 53rd minute of the match. A collision led to Anasagasti AFC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Geronimo Pabla hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the game, Maximiliano Canor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gogo Karlo. Maximiliano Canor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. If Maximiliano Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Maximiliano Canor took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Gogo Karlo to make any attempt to save it. Remigio Gartzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leopoldo Cordario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remigio Gartzi ran back to his position shaking his head. Bartolo Noe's late challenge caught a Rio de La Plata FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartolo Noe helped the player get up and apologised. Bartolo Noe kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Maximiliano Canor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gogo Karlo having to interfere. Rio de La Plata FC made a substitution. Vicente Ubarna replaced Valeriu Frumuzache. With a little luck, Anasagasti AFC's Gogo Karlo got control of the ball when Vicente Ubarna tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 89 minutes of play, Anasagasti AFC's Wilfredo Tabb made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leopoldo Cordario was left in no man's land by his defense there!
