It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Guido Bottin kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Iguazú's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Txartiko came free, but Otto Zuidam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramon Mancio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Fidel Jaen made a huge save. Fidel Jaen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ramon Mancio in the 6th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Gerard Lever managed to get in a good position for a shot. Iguazú's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerard Lever was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fidel Jaen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th minute of the match Hackintosh got a corner. Iguazú's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oscar Urtsua ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ramon Mancio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iguazú's Otto Zuidam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Urtsua in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, one of Iguazú:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Otto Zuidam had in the 18thth minute some difficulties stopping Oscar Urtsua's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Otto Zuidam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Bottin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Ospin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fidel Jaen was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Damaso Gaztea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hackintosh's supporters rose to their feet, but Damaso Gaztea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Otto Zuidam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramon Mancio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fidel Jaen came out and tried to block the shot, but Ramon Mancio slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 37th minute. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Ospin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fidel Jaen was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Fidel Jaen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Niceto Baleren showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 47 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramon Mancio in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fidel Jaen saved Hackintosh from getting behind. Damaso Txartiko kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to Iguazú getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ramon Mancio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Mancio in the 61st minute of play forced Hackintosh's goalkeeper Fidel Jaen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes, Artemio Ruisko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hackintosh and the Iguazú players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Iguazú booed when Hackintosh was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Ruisko didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had been going on for 64 minutes Federico Noe shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Fidel Jaen when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Niceto Baleren hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Bottin got free with Otto Zuidam in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Iguazú's Ramon Mancio got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th match minute, Iguazú was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Baleren to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Iguazú's Otto Zuidam got control of the ball when Guido Bottin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Otto Zuidam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Bottin in the 73rd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Iguazú's goalkeeper Otto Zuidam had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Urtsua. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Hondo during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Hackintosh getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Raul Hondo hit a great ball. After 77 played minutes Hackintosh got a freekick which was hit by Raul Hondo. Oscar Urtsua blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Otto Zuidam having to make a save. With a little luck, Iguazú's Otto Zuidam got control of the ball when Luo Peng Yang tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 minutes Iguazú's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Oscar Urtsua who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Oscar Aureo drilling the ball in to score 2-1 behind Iguazú's goalkeeper. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Urtsua got free with Otto Zuidam in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute, Ramon Mancio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otto Zuidam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Urtsua in the 97th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Iguazú could leave the field as winners, despite Hackintosh having more of the ball for most of the match.
