Erubiel Ipar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute, Olívio Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Leocadio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olívio Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrea De Fina took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Leocadio. Pedro Leocadio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Olívio Alves took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Leocadio. In the 27th minute, Erubiel Ipar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 32 played minutes Perugurria AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Vigil. 33 minutes into the match, Perugurria AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Paulo Pereira came free, but Pedro Leocadio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Elvio Flor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Perugurria AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Masamorrero the free kick. A collision led to Perugurria AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Elvio Flor hit a great ball. Olívio Alves scored 0-4 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Leocadio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luís Paulo Pereira took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Leocadio. Pedro Leocadio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Pedro Leocadio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrea De Fina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the game, Masamorrero's Luís Paulo Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Leocadio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erubiel Ipar was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Andrea De Fina dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedro Leocadio, 0-8. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olívio Alves got free with Pedro Leocadio in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Leocadio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrea De Fina went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Ramon Bizen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Agustin Vidal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Luís Paulo Pereira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Masamorrero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. If Osvaldo Bladi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 80th match minute, Perugurria AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Flor to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Leocadio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Paulo Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Agustin Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erubiel Ipar in the 89th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Olívio Alves got free with Pedro Leocadio in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Masamorrero walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
