In a very dangerous position, a player in Laferrere fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 5th minute. Penalty! Moises Ponc struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Ciro Nuñez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laferrere. With a little luck, Laferrere's Guillermo Chepe got control of the ball when Paulino Castulo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Tibia y Peroné's Paulino Castulo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guillermo Chepe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Baldomero Caetano hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Guillermo Chepe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Hever, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the game, Gabriel Naike cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Guillermo Chepe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Laferrere's Moises Ponc got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 40 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Laferrere! Guillermo Chepe went to the wrong direction when Oscar Gaufred was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moises Ponc was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeronimo Hever in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Chepe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Moises Ponc came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Laferrere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Ponc couldn't finish the play. Jeronimo Hever succeeded in the game's 62nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-0. In the 65th minute, Paulino Castulo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guillermo Chepe was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Ciro Nuñez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Remir in the 70th minute of play. Jeronimo Hever received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Guillermo Chepe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tibia y Peroné's Ciro Tavio was substituted for Jeronimo Hever. When Moises Ponc came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Laferrere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Ponc couldn't finish the play. Guillermo Chepe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Fidencio in the 87th minute of the match. Emiliano Fidencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Chepe having to interfere. After 95 played minutes Laferrere got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Caetano. Laferrere's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
