In the 16th minute, Alvaro Estavan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Tibia y Peroné's zone, Humberto Caton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Nuñez came out of the goal and Humberto Caton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Iraitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Hernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th match minute, DAME TU COSITA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernabe Vitin to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Alejandro Rocio managed to get in a good position for a shot. DAME TU COSITA's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Rocio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Nuñez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oscar Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Naike in the 33rd minute of the match. Ciro Nuñez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alejandro Rocio in the 40th minute. DAME TU COSITA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Humberto Caton in the 41st minute. A nice corner shot did that Humberto Caton got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ciro Nuñez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Alejandro Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulino Castulo was the one to do the kick off. When Humberto Caton came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the DAME TU COSITA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Caton couldn't finish the play. Bernabe Vitin might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ciro Nuñez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernabe Vitin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 55th minute Manuel Nafarroa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Iraitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the game, Alejandro Rocio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ciro Nuñez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alejandro Rocio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciro Nuñez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Humberto Caton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ciro Nuñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Iraitz made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Manuel Nafarroa sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 71 minutes, Damaso Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tibia y Peroné's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damaso Hernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Iraitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Naike in the 74th minute. In the 76thth minute of the game Humberto Caton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tibia y Peroné's Ciro Nuñez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Humberto Caton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DAME TU COSITA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Humberto Caton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emiliano Fidencio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Oscar Iraitz firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alejandro Rocio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ciro Nuñez having to make a save. Oscar Iraitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Nafarroa in the 89th minute of the match. Emiliano Fidencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Oscar Iraitz made a huge save. The DAME TU COSITA players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
