Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fidel Fibell got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Fibell in the 4th minute of play forced Tibia y Peroné's goalkeeper Ciro Nuñez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the game, REY DE COPAS's Niceto Nesor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ciro Nuñez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With an all-out effort, Tibia y Peroné's Tiburcio Iigo threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jeronimo Hever, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, REY DE COPAS's Tiburcio Iigo got control of the ball when Paulino Castulo tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fidel Fibell in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ciro Nuñez saved Tibia y Peroné from getting behind. The supporters of REY DE COPAS booed when Tibia y Peroné was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Nuñez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiberto Karmel in the 24th minute of play. Damaso Hernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Tiburcio Iigo made a huge save. After 27 played minutes REY DE COPAS got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Nesor. Paulino Castulo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 28th playminute. Paulino Castulo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Iigo having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Jeronimo Hever got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fidel Fibell in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Nuñez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. REY DE COPAS's Tiburcio Iigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Nafarroa in the 37th minute of play. REY DE COPAS's Tiburcio Iigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save REY DE COPAS from getting a goal against them. Fidel Fibell struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Ciro Nuñez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for REY DE COPAS. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulino Castulo to strike the kick off in the second half. Tiburcio Iigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulino Castulo went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 55 minutes into the match, REY DE COPAS's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Nafarroa came free, but Tiburcio Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiburcio Iigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Castulo in the 58th minute of the match. Jeronimo Hever scored 3-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tiburcio Iigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Tibia y Peroné's Paulino Castulo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Iigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 69 minutes into the match, REY DE COPAS's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Castulo came free, but Tiburcio Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 4-1 became the score in the 71st minute when Manuel Nafarroa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Tibia y Peroné's Ciro Tavio in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye REY DE COPAS's goalie prevented a goal. After 81 played minutes REY DE COPAS got a freekick which was hit by Dante Medero. Narciso Enol charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Narciso Enol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Narciso Enol hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. When Ciro Tavio came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Tibia y Peroné fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Tavio couldn't finish the play. Tiburcio Iigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Tavio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91stth minute of the game Manuel Nafarroa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but REY DE COPAS's Tiburcio Iigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute Filiberto Karmel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciro Nuñez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ciro Tavio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
