Los Mejores Juveniles's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saverio Otsoa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Elias Ramond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teobaldo Cambranes kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Teobaldo Cambranes scored 2-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Miloslav Rožnovský, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Heine Ulf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Otsoa in the 34th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Nicanor Harkaitz put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Miloslav Rožnovský. The coaching staff of Los Mejores Juveniles protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ciro Lehen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Heine Ulf had in the 58thth minute some difficulties stopping Roque Mannuel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 60 minutes into the match, Villa Ballester FC's Sylwester Domaradzki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Heine Ulf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Heine Ulf came out of the goal and Peder Eriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Los Mejores Juveniles players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
