If Ambrosio Orlanda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Amadeo Maura managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when OSOPIO's Bernardo Remicio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, OSOPIO's Baldomero Harriet got a free kick in the 23rd minute. With an all-out effort, OSOPIO's Amadeo Maura threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcelo Frantzes, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Miami Mobsters's Amadeo Maura got control of the ball when Bernardo Remicio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardo Remicio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Amadeo Maura made a huge save. In the 37th minute Eleuterio Gonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Pierres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Frantzes in the 40th minute of the match. When Victorino Urbasa came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Miami Mobsters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorino Urbasa couldn't finish the play. Eriberto Aragones scored 2-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amadeo Maura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victorino Urbasa made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, OSOPIO's goalkeeper Tadeo Pierres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eleuterio Gonzo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Ritchie in the 54th minute of play forced Miami Mobsters's goalkeeper Amadeo Maura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 58 minutes, Bernardo Remicio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OSOPIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Remicio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tadeo Pierres was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victorino Urbasa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 59 minute of play. The supporters of Miami Mobsters booed when OSOPIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomero Harriet didn't get a good kick on the ball. OSOPIO's Maximo Marino was substituted for Bernardo Remicio. OSOPIO's Rafael Firmin was substituted for Marcelo Frantzes. A collision led to OSOPIO getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Eleuterio Gonzo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 80 minutes into the match, Miami Mobsters's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Eleder came free, but Amadeo Maura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, OSOPIO's goalkeeper Tadeo Pierres had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eleuterio Gonzo. OSOPIO's Maximo Marino got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilberto Lehen kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Miami Mobsters's zone, Rafael Firmin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeo Maura came out of the goal and Rafael Firmin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amadeo Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Marino in the 88th minute of the match. Rafael Firmin hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Miami Mobsters played a much better game than OSOPIO and deserved their victory. The OSOPIO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
