Trilí's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, Israel Ritchie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torcato Palha. Trilí's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Israel Ritchie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Bernardo Remicio scored 0-4 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Torcato Palha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th minute, Israel Ritchie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The OSOPIO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. In the 27th minute Bernardo Remicio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torcato Palha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardo Remicio in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Torcato Palha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tadeo Pierres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Quilino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Trilí's Torcato Palha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Frantzes in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Bernardo Remicio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torcato Palha. Trilí's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Remicio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Tadeo Pierres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Sotero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, OSOPIO's Jim Carrey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torcato Palha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. 46 minutes into the match, Israel Ritchie notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Trilí's Torcato Palha. Torcato Palha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Sotero was the one to do the kick off. OSOPIO's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bernardo Remicio in the 54th minute. After taking down the ball on OSOPIO's corner Paulo Solustiano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Torcato Palha quite easily take care of the ball. Trilí's Torcato Palha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Trilí from getting a goal against them. Bernardo Remicio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Torcato Palha firmly grabbed it by the left post. 60 minutes into the match, Trilí's goalkeeper Torcato Palha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Remicio. Tadeo Pierres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Sotero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Augusto Sotero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Sagrario kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Marcelo Frantzes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torcato Palha. Trilí's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelo Frantzes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. After some careless play in the Trilí defense, Israel Ritchie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torcato Palha. The Trilí fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torcato Palha should have stopped the shot. A collision led to OSOPIO getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Jim Carrey hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcelo Frantzes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Torcato Palha. That made the score 0-12 in the 78 minute of play. OSOPIO's Hernán Leandro was substituted for Jim Carrey. A hard shot 83 in the game by Bernardo Remicio from a close distance when the talented Torcato Palha managed to make a qualified save. Trilí's players were relieved. Bernardo Remicio might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torcato Palha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardo Remicio ran back to his position shaking his head. OSOPIO's Denis Eleder was substituted for Marcelo Frantzes. In the 91st play minute Israel Ritchie came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Torcato Palha. 0-13. After 95 minutes, Isidro Dubardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trilí and the OSOPIO players grew even worse after the yellow card. Isidro Dubardo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Hernán Leandro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. OSOPIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernán Leandro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. OSOPIO played a much better game than Trilí and deserved their victory. The Trilí players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
