Narciso Berasko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herminio Francho went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 14th play minute Herminio Francho came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Narciso Berasko. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Roque Casomiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Empalme's supporters rose to their feet, but Roque Casomiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Berasko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hilario Bartoli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Evangelista, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute, Felipe Medero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Empalme fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 28 minutes into the game, Felipe Medero lined in a short shot 4-0 behind a frustrated Narciso Berasko. 31 minutes into the game, Empalme's Herminio Francho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Narciso Berasko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 36 minutes into the match, Empalme's Felipe Medero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Narciso Berasko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herminio Francho got free with Narciso Berasko in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Eliu in the 40th minute of play forced Empalme's goalkeeper Hilario Bartoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Empalme's Herminio Francho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Narciso Berasko. That made the score 6-0 after 42 minutes of play. A collision led to Nirvana FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Herminio Eliu hit a great ball. Nirvana FC's Narciso Berasko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Medero in the 48th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leandro Hernandez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Gogo Ostadar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nirvana FC and the Empalme players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 56th minute, Roque Casomiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pablo Alvarez kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Cristian Salbatore hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Nirvana FC defense, Herminio Francho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Berasko. The Nirvana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Berasko should have stopped the shot. When Ovidio Larpe fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Empalme's protests and gave Ovidio Larpe a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Nirvana FC booed when Empalme was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Larpe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Felipe Medero notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Nirvana FC's Narciso Berasko. Narciso Berasko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Herminio Francho managed to get in a good position for a shot. But to his dismay, Herminio Francho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Roque Casomiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Berasko having to interfere. Narciso Berasko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Medero, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Narciso Berasko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roque Casomiro in the 95th minute of play. Narciso Berasko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Medero in the 97th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Empalme players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
